First Week Working @ A New Me

In my first week at working on a new me:

I Climbed the equivalent of 13 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS!
(I climbed our stairs repeatedly)

I MADE 10,000+ STEPS ON JANUARY 2ND!:


 January 3rd (Not as good as the two previous days, but I'll take it):

I have been UNDER on my calorie intake EVERYDAY:

 And been OVER on My daily Calorie Expenditures: 

 I also joined a Challenge on Lose It!:
I am currently in 4th PLACE!




I LOST 3LBS!:



Due to Encouraging Comments:



Fitbit & Lose it! are AMAZING! 
They make me look at how much I am eating and walking. Both make me feel like like I have control of losing my weight and will be able to keep it OFF!
