Week 3, Starting Week 4

Well I am 3 weeks into my journey of a new me. I have lost 

4.1 Lbs so far. 

 

Review of Week 2






I also started a new goal at the begging of Week 2

I started a steps goal of 8,000 Steps per Day


Friday January 18th, I made my most Steps in 1 Day!


And Climbed the Leaning Tower of Pisa

Well at least in equivalence of flights of Stairs

And this is what Week 3 looked like


In short I feel like I have accomplished much on my 3 weeks of using my Fitbit and Lose It!. I have made many friends and pushed myself to take more steps.
