Weigh-In Wednesday Week # 1 3.27.13

So I have been using Lose It! and my Fitbit since January 1st, 2013. We went on vacation March 9th-9th, and now I am wavering after getting off my routine. So I figured this would be a good way to hold myself accountable & to show one of my Sponsors some LOVE!

This Weeks Goals:
1. Go for a Walk at least ONCE a Day
2.  Stay under my daily Calorie Budget
3. Log EVERY day into Lose It!

  6. @Megan we tried C25K and Kayla's knee was unable to take the running, we got 3 weeks in before she stopped. Perhaps with some more weight loss we will give it another shot.
