Weigh-In Wednesday 6.5.13

 
So the Hubby and I started the C25K program as a way to get in interval training. Which is supposed to be better for you than just walking or just running because it speeds up and slows down your heart rate.

Same as last week we have been busy working on getting the garden ready and building a chicken coop in the evenings to go for walks. So I may not be walking but I am doing a physical activity!

  2. I really have to get back to doing C25K...I have majorly fallen off the wagon and I know I'll feel better once I'm back.
