Betting On Losing Week 1

So do you remember this POST from last week?
Where I talked about signing up for a dietbet. If not it has officially started two days ago! 
This are my weigh-in photo, in airport security attire.

 My current weight stands at 240.7 lbs and my Goal weight is 231.1, or 4% of my body weight.

Here is my plan for this dietbet:
I will be doing a weekly check/report in on how i am doing. I may or may not post my weight again until the end, I haven't decided.

I am planning on starting using Lose It! again to help me in this adventure. CHECK

Eating Low Calorie snacks and meals. Drink WATER! CHECK

Forcing myself to go for walks and get out an exercise. Maybe spending half of my lunch break out walking the block. Going for a weekly hike to burn off calories. DRAW 
(I get about 6,000ish steps at work but haven't gone for a lot of walks besides)

I will use this to loosen up my muscles and keep me flexible.  FAIL

I have also been drinking smoothies/shakes for breakfast. I thought I would share with you  some of the recipes that I have tried and my thoughts on them.

Wild Berry Smoothie

This tasted DELISH! I think I will be making many more of these.

Pumpkin Pie

This one was okay. Not my favorite but not bad.
