Betting on Losing Week 3

So we have hit Week 3 of Betting on Losing.... 
(Previous posts: Announcement, Week 1, Week 2, )


I'm HAPPY to announce I have lost 5.1 pounds in the past 2 weeks!
Here is my plan for this dietbet:

LOSE IT! 
I am planning on starting using Lose It! again to help me in this adventure. CHECK

FOOD / DRINK
Eating Low Calorie snacks and meals. Drink WATER! CHECK

WALKING / HIKING
Forcing myself to go for walks and get out an exercise. Maybe spending half of my lunch break out walking the block. Going for a weekly hike to burn off calories. CHECK!
(I get about 6,000ish steps at work but haven't gone for a lot of walks besides)

YOGA
I will use this to loosen up my muscles and keep me flexible.  FAIL

Ash also threw down the gauntlet AGAIN! (She is big on challenges... if you couldn't tell...)
Can YOU log 150 Miles in 15 Weeks?



My own personal CHALLENGE  is to lose 33 pounds (this will put me at 205 lbs) by my BIRTHDAY in March! or around my birthday. So my deadline will be March 31st. I will be using the #33by331 in all my social media posts (if I remember). This means I have to behave myself through the up coming holiday season...

  3. Yay! Congrats! I personally find yoga to be so calming, but it doesn't really burn as much calories as other things. Are you thinking of doing it on your own or going to a class?
