Betting on Losing Week 4

So we have hit Week 3 of Betting on Losing.... 
(Previous posts: Announcement, Week 1, Week 2, Week 3)

Here is my plan for this dietbet:

LOSE IT! 
I am planning on starting using Lose It! again to help me in this adventure. CHECK

FOOD / DRINK
Eating Low Calorie snacks and meals. Drink WATER! CHECK

WALKING / HIKING
Forcing myself to go for walks and get out an exercise. Maybe spending half of my lunch break out walking the block. Going for a weekly hike to burn off calories. FAIL 
I have no excuse besides it has been to FREAKIN' COLD!
(I get about 6,000ish steps at work but haven't gone for a lot of walks besides)

YOGA
I will use this to loosen up my muscles and keep me flexible.  FAIL


My own personal CHALLENGE  is to lose 33 pounds (this will put me at 205 lbs) by my BIRTHDAY in March! or around my birthday. So my deadline will be March 31st. I will be using the #33by331 in all my social media posts (if I remember). This means I have to behave myself through the up coming holiday season...

We made Orange Chicken for dinner last night.
All you will need is:
2 - 3 Chicken
3/4 Cup Barbecue Sauce
1 Cup Orange Marmalade
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

For a whopping 275 Calories!

I made this CROCKPOT ORANGE CHICKEN into a stove top version.
Very VERY tasty!
