I have been working on losing weight for the past couple of weeks. My husband and I have talked about expanding our family again in the next few years and I really don't want to be where I am now with my weight. I would like to lose at least 50lbs before I get pregnant again.
I have been aiming to walk at least 10,000 steps a day, counting calories and trying to eat as healthy as possibly. I need to come up with some good low calorie foods and a good exercise program that doesn't take more than 15-20 minutes out of my day really. We go on walks as a family but it just not enough.....
I guess what I am really looking for is help and suggestions on what more I should be doing. I want to not only lose weight but lead a healthier lifestyle for my family and myself. So any suggestions would be helpful.
