#21DayFix Day 1- 3

Let's just say that that I may complain that I am sore, but that means it's WORKING!

So we started with Total Body Cardio on Sunday. I was dripping sweat like you wouldn't believe. I burned 280+ Calories in ONLY 30 MINUTES! The rest of the day was spent with me working from 9:30-3:00. After we went to my Aunt & Uncles camp to celebrate Memorial Day with the family.



Monday was Upper Fix, we knocked the workout out nice and early. After some shakeology for breakfast we headed off to see the parade in Middlebury. We then came home and spent the rest of that day relaxing and hanging out at home as a family.

This morning (tuesday) was lower fix day. My legs are so sore that the squats and lunges were a HUGE challenge for me. Now the rest of my day will be hanging out at home with a crazy almost 2 year old and a sick hubby.
Oh and we will be having Taco Salad for Dinner! #tacotuesday
